By purchasing a ticket to or attending House of Slyth, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies of the venue hosting the performance. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a ticket or enter the venue.
House of Slyth is an independent, unofficial parody stage show produced for entertainment and satire. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Warner Bros. Entertainment, J.K. Rowling, or any owner of the Harry Potter or Wizarding World properties. All referenced trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.
House of Slyth is an 18+ experience. All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification upon entry. Guests unable to verify their age will be refused admission without refund.
Tickets are sold through our authorized ticketing partner. Your ticket grants admission to a single performance on the date and time indicated. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or in breach of venue rules.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or in the event a performance is cancelled. Where permitted, tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 48 hours before showtime. Booking and service fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change the cast, program, schedule, or venue at any time. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the ticket face value, at our discretion.
The show includes theatrical haze, flashing lights, loud sound, and audience interaction. By attending you consent to these effects. Guests who threaten the safety or enjoyment of others may be removed without refund. Please follow all instructions from venue and production staff.
Personal photography may be permitted in designated areas; professional recording of the performance is prohibited. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes as part of the audience.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Slyth and its producers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance, except where caused by our negligence. Attend at your own risk and look after your belongings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the performance takes place. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
